Spouse Open Work Permit

Documents for your spouse or common-law partner to work in Canada.

Outland vs Inland: If applying from Bangladesh alongside a study permit, this is outland. If your spouse is already in Canada, this is inland. The documents are similar but the process differs.

Visitor Visa

Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) for visiting Canada — inland or outland.

Key to approval: Strong ties to Bangladesh and clear proof of why you will return. Financial strength matters, but so does your story.

Permanent Residency

Express Entry (CEC), PNP, and Family Class — general document requirements.
